Can I adjust the cable on my pendant?Updated 3 months ago

All of our Pendant and Canopy ranges come with an adjustable cable as standard, this allows you to shorten and lengthen the cable to fit with your ceiling height. Adjusting the length of the pendant can be done through the ceiling rose.

Instructions:

In order to adjust the length of the cable on your pendant you will need to remove the grub screws that are located in the small node that connects the cable to the ceiling rose.

Once it has been removed you will be able to pull the cable through the ceiling rose to your desired length. You will then need to screw the grub screws back in.

Ensure that the grub screw is screwed in very tight so as to ensure that the cable cannot move.
